BLACKBURN ROVERS - 1 - 1 - HARCHESTER UNITED

Diego Forlan was Harchester United's saviour this afternoon with a late goal to clinch a point against Blackburn Rovers and keep the Dragons unbeaten league run intact.

The game started brightly for the Dragons with a number of chances falling to Naysmith and Forlan in the opening 20 minutes. But it was the home side that would take the lead through Matt Derbyshire after 43 minutes.

Blackburn held onto their lead throughout much of the second half although Santa Cruz did come close to doubling their lead. But in the 89th minute, the Dragons won a corner.

Liam Mackay swung the corner in low but was then cleared only to be picked up on the edge of the box by Forlan who struck a shot into the top corner to make it 1-1.
