REAL MADRID - 0 - 2 - HARCHESTER UNITED

Almost 3 years to the day when Harchester United pulled off the unthinkable and won their Champions League tie against Barcelona in the Nou Camp, they tonight repeated that unbelievable feat with victory in the Bernabeu against Spanish champions Real Madrid.

The result was not only unthinkable before kick off, it was also unthinkable with just three minutes left on the clock.

The home side had controlled the game right from the off and looked the most likely to win. This was until Jason Porter came on as a substitute in the 87th minute and immediately went on to win a corner.

From the corner, Porter headed in to give the Dragons a dream lead. Real needed to win to avoid the UEFA Cup due to Roma's result with Steaua and just as they went in search of an equaliser, the Dragons broke away with Porter getting on the end to make it 2-0 and to send Real Madrid out!
