ST. PATRICKS ATHLETIC - 1 - 1 - HARCHESTER UNITED

It was yet another struggle for Harchester United in Ireland as they drew 1-1 with St. Patricks Athletic which saw them fail to win away from home in Europe once again.

The Dragons last away win in Europe was back in March with a 2-1 win at Celtic Park against the Scottish Champions Celtic, but that famous win seemed like a lifetime away following tonight's less-than-convincing display.

Harchester United took the lead in the first half thanks to great piece of passing display between Ryan Naysmith and Gavin Moody. Dragons captain Moody then struck the shot from 25 yards to make it 1-0.

In the second half, St. Patricks Athletic amazingly had the best posession. Their equalising goal came in a dispute over whether the ball had crossed the line or not but referee Paulius Malzinskas gave the goal which left Naysmith, who had cleared the ball off the line, absolutely furious.
