Harchester United are today delighted to announce the new signings of Blackburn Rovers defender Michael Dillon and Dynamo Kiev’s Ukrainian international defender Viktor Tankayev.

Dillon signs for Harchester United for £3million and brings with him some vital European experience for the upcoming UEFA Cup campaign as does Tankayev.

Dillon has been announced as new club captain by player/manager Luis Amor Rodriguez, a role he had at Blackburn Rovers.
