Harchester United chairman
Terry Harrison has alarmingly stated that he would have no problem in
selling his ownership in the club to business John Batchelor.
Batchelor wants to merge the club with Mansfield Town should he take
over the Stags. If the merger takes place, Batchelor is planning to sell off
the Dragons Lair and the club will also have to play in League Two.
However, Harrison said "What we have done at this club is remarkable. But
maybe it's time for a new chapter in history. I'd have no problem selling if
the price is right." |
