Harchester United captain Gavin
Moody today arrived at court to plead not guilty regarding the charges he
faces of allegedly assaulting his estranged wife and leaving her in hospital
for several days.
Moody appear to simply confirm his name and address which was then
followed by his plea of "Not Guilty" to the charges.
Outside of court, the players agent Tony Franks went on to say "Gavin has
never laid a hand on his wife and this is a silly story cooked out by her
team in an attempt to win custody of their child."
Dragons captain Moody will face trial at Harchester Crown Court at a later
