Harrison had been suffering from ill health and made it known of his desire to sell the club. So it was the man at number 87 in the 2009 Forbes Rich List that purchased the club.
Palmer is 43 years old and has made his money as an entrepreneur in South East Asia with various businesses in the Media, Air Travel and Food & Drink markets.
He still currently owns the Hyghbryd Satelitte TV network across Asia, as well as still owner of international airline Hyghbryd Airways.
In the 2011 Forbes Rich List, Palmer was listed as joint-81st with an estimated fortune of £10billion!
Palmer has pledged his loyalty to manager Erik Gentner and has declared that his chequebook is open should the Dragons boss ever need to spend.
