Darren Tyson signed for Harchester United in February 2003 from West Bromwich Albion for a fee of £1.2million.
Tyson was then-manager Patrick Doyle's last signing for the club, infact Tyson signed just a week before Doyle was sacked.
Tyson went on to be a vital part of the squad the helped keep Harchester United in the Premier League during the remainder of that 2002/03 season as well as reaching the FA Cup Final.
In 2003/04 season, Tyson played his part in the Dragons succesful quest to qualify for the Champions League and they did just that by finishing 4th. However, the club was relegated following a match fixing charge for the second successive season.
A mixture of Champions League and Championship football was in store for the 2004/05 season and it was at the seasons end where the drama really took it's toll when, following a Play Off Final victory over West Ham United to ensure promotion back to the Premier League, Tyson was one of only three survivors from an explosion that occured in the Millennium Stadium Car Park after the match.
A year later, there was a return to Cardiff and Tyson managed to get in the perfect tribute as he scored twice in the FA Cup Final victory of Arsenal to clinch the FA Cup for the second time in the club's history.
12 months later and more success followed as Tyson went on to be a vital part in Harchester United becoming Champions of the Premier League, and also being unbeaten along the way too.
Tyson also played a valuable role in Harchester United reaching the Champions League semi finals the following year.
New signings Johnny Carlisle and Andrei Kirovski have made it difficult for Tyson to get a place in the first team thesedays - but with years of experience and being the club's longest serving player, you know you can count on loyalty and reliability when it comes to Darren Tyson.
